Personal History
After the death of the Old Republic, her parents fled the emerging new order on Coruscant and took refuge on the smuggler's moon of Nar Shadda, where Abbei was born. She was one of the first students discovered by Luke Skywalker when setting up his Jedi Academy on Yavin IV.

While indeed a skilled fighter like most Jedi, Abbei's connection with the Force is not so much based on the powers of telekinesis, but rather empathic and telepathic abilities. She is able to read the thoughts and emotions of others, and as such can gain an understanding of the motivations behind her opponents.

But like all Jedi however, she is seen as a threat by the mysterious new invaders. Understanding this, she has thrown her support to Kyp Durron and his views that the Jedi must take action to stop the invaders before all is lost.
