Description
This fighter is derived from Seinar Fleet System's TIE designs, but is much more maneuverable and deadly, especially when in the capable hands of a Chiss pilot. Baron Soontir Fel lent a contingent of the Chiss and these starfighters to the Imperial Remnant during the Yuuzhan Vong invasion. It is a lighter and faster version of the Chiss fighter, and generally rarer than its more heavily built cousin. It's lighter airframe makes it far faster and agile, but because of this foresakes warhead launchers and more powerful shields for raw speed. The CA1 is armed with quadruple lasers and ion cannons, making it exceptionally deadly against enemy starfighters.
