Conclusions_____________
The coordinates form the boundries of a picture window.
The numbers represent the number of pixels. The A coordinates in the 3rd and 4th sets controls the left side of the cbm, the B coordinates control the top of the cbm.
The 3rd set A coordinate controls how much of the left side of the cbm is blocked out.
The 4th set A coordinate controls how much of the left side of the cbm is shown, except for the part blocked out by the 3rd set A coordinate.
The 3rd set B coordinate controls how much of the top of the cbm is blocked out.
The 4th set B Coordinate controls how much of the top of the cbm is shown, except for the part blocked out by the 3rd set B coordinate.

For single digit numbers, add two spaces after number.
For two digit numbers, add a space after number.
For three digit numbers, immediately add comma after number.

Hypotheses______________
The 1st and 2nd sets may have something to do with the position of the icon (which is determined by the 3rd and 4th sets), on the in-game screen.
The 1st and 2nd sets may have something to do with the in-game cockpit icon, with similar functions to the 3rd and 4th sets.
